I can say this is the worst bank, Although I am not depend on this bank your account in this bank definitely give you headache. Some time ago I used this bank for net banking for online fund transfer they charged me everytime with service tax.In my nearest branch when I deposted money in my saving account the money is reflected in my account atleast after half an hour.Today I just gave passbook for entries, Staff said "Printer is not working", Staff is very lazy.The height is almost all banks give free netbanking facility but there is unique way of cheating customers, how?
Initially I used netbanking but bank always charged for each transaction so I stopped using netbanking.but after a year when I again tried to use netbanking my userid and password denied so I tried using forgot password/recreate password link but I got message that your netbanking password expired and you need to go in branch and reapply so I went to bank and asked for reactivate netbanking they told me it can be reactivated and you will be charged around Rs.180 plus GST 18%for reactivation charges.I told other banks gives netbanking facility free including resetting of password they said we charge for it thats it!
So I denied the reactivation and decided not to use this bank for keeping money as they cheats in every step.this is like "khaya nahi piya nahi, glass toda baaraah aanaa!"
Please dont open account in union bank
