Hi friends today I want to my personal experience about my bank.union bank of india
I have opned my saving account in this bank atleast four years ago. my union bank of india is situated in lajpat nagar branch.
only on first day I have suffer a big problem that is my atm card is not working.when I take money in my atm card is not working. atm machine give me this card is not valid. but the atm card is newly issue to the bank. I went to the bank the officer said we will not do anything. read the customer care number and told your problem there not here.
when I called union bank of india customer care number first of all number all time busy
if the number pick by call center executive I give all details him. and I said sir my atm card is not working. please do something. this is big problem for me. please slove my problem. he said we are unable to do something. I said my atm card is new. atm card was provide me when I open my account in your bank.customer care executive said go to the bank and officer will solve your problem.
when I reached to the bank bank officer and we cannot able to do anything. where should I go anybody tell me. today I went to union bank but vain. they will not issue me new atm card.my problem is yet. I feel regret to open my account here.
so friends not open your account in this bank.
