I recently got a chancr to travel in United States of America and I opt united airlines for domestic travel since I saw some reviews that sitting arrangement is nice and all that.
Although the leg space and quality of seats were indeed ver good yet I was not happy with their service for one they don’t serve in flight food you’ll have to purchase it. Second the flight cost was not worth since you’re traveling for very short distance and you don’t need better quality seat to stretch your leg for that small time.
As my recommendation I’d suggest to opt for cheaper flight when you know it’s short duration flight.
About the staff they were neither much courteous nor too rude it was like self service you enter you move inside they don’t mind.
