I have been using this bank for the past 3 years. The services of the bank are extremely bad. Especially the staffs amd personnel of the bank are very I’ll mannered and they pretend as if they doing us a favor by doing our work. Work culture is very bad. You have to wait for 4 days to get a savings account. Plus grievance redressal is appalling. Dont use this bank.
