I am highly disgusted with their services. I had applied for Internet Banking & Phone Banking months ago. Nothing was done. I called the Bank and they said it will be done soon. I submitted an application again. Till date, nothing has been done.
I downloaded the App on my Smartphone which doesn’t function. The passbook never shows updates. I also sent a feedback but to no avail.
