Worst service and customer satisfaction

First of all guys I joined this bank only because it is near to me but I am having a worst time with it.I opened it in MOIRABARI branch.


First of all the bank itself opens at 11 am inspite of the normal timing of 10 and only 50? of the employee turns up and the remaining 50? may appear on any.Even for updating your passbook, withdrawing or depositing may sometime take 2-3 days. I have applied for net banking for since 2 months now but I didn’t receive my mpin for login and Everytime I contact the bank they assure that they had done their part and rest is to be done by headbranch( for us kolkata) but till date I didn’t receive any mpin till date.Further the bank employee don’t respond to my query well.Most of the staff go on vacation with knowing the fact that it is a working day.


I am really unhappy by the service the bank provides even the bank employee in my branch( MOIRABARI) don’t know about PayPal, payza while I enquired them raising some issue of linking my debit card with paypal.


So overall I am having a worst time opening a bank account with UBI and I don’t suggest any of u guys to do so.Rather go for some other options.
