I am a existing customer of ubi nalagaja branch. The service is totally poor I must say. The only bank we have in our area, we do not have any other choice. Most disguisting is the internet they have, every time you visit for update book the only excuse they have that there is net failure or after lunch they refuse to update. Bank dont have any atm nor other atm. We have to visit nearest atm which is 15 km away. Planning to transfer my a/c to other bank.
