See when I was 18 years of age I opened a savings account in my nearest UBI branch then I felt as if the services were ok but I also seen that the no of staffs in the branch are not adequate in numbers.i haved used their services for now 2years almost and I m fairly satisfied with their sms alerts and all that is ok but when I used their net banking site its was my worst experience whenever I put my customer ID and password the error pops up that either password or id is incorrect. I just dont know why this happens and until now I m unable to open my net banking page.i m very unhappy with the experience I have with this bank .
