Support of customer service is very bad.
It is very bad that a family is in pain and they dont understand the current situation of the family. Instead of helping them they make sure that you dont get what you want.
Requirements are very high while claiming. Even when everything is clear, still they need many different types of documents. FIRs copy in language they need. I must say it is the companys responsibility to help the family, but they create new problems.
