I am insured with Heritage Health TPA I underwent with a surgery on 27 may 2015 which was informed well in advance along with the other details to the insurance co.
But know when I try to track the insurance there is no update on the same they have visited the hospital twice for research papers and they have received whatever information they requested for from there.
When we call the customer care they say that please hold the call and when we keep the call on hold no 1 responses and after 10 min call get disconnected after that. we even told us to update us with what ever the response is whether they are passing the claim or rejecting the same at least inform us whatever is the decision so that we dont waste our time everyday by calling them but still they are not interested.
Never experienced such irresponsible behavior from any insurance co. who are not interested in any kind of response. Do we pay medical premiums every year for this kind of quality and service?
