With my own experience I’m writing. When I purchased mobile they said they have mobile insurance for theft and damage ..but when I lost my mobile and went to jayanagr univercell shop and asked them about mobile insurance , they said we want do that a 3rd party handles it and they gave me the address.
Till date I didn’t get any proper response from the insurance officer , I filed the FIR , NTC is available but still they are rejecting with out any reason , I have applied 6 times but I didn’t get yet. Please I personally suggest you not be cheated like me.
Don’t purchase in Univercell they are cheaters.
