Hi, I purchased Mobile phone NOKIA 5530 in Univercell. After 5 months I lost my mobile phone in bus. When went to for shop to claim insurance.
Representative given form and request to me send all requirement documents to Chennai. When I enquired in Chennai insurance he said it will take time 90 days to get credit note.
I personally request to all. Don’t buy any products of Univercell.
