I had purchased a Sony Ericsson Txt phone from Univercell in Prakasam Salai, Broadway on 06-03-2012. While selling the product I was not told that the phone is of Green Concept which means there are restrictions in the phone such as Low Volume, Network Connectivity Problem, etc... I was also told that After-Sales Service will not be a problem.
After using it for 1 Day, I found the Volume of the Phone when having a Incomin Call, is too low. Now when I went to the showroom again for Rectifying the Handset of Replacing the Handset, I was told that there will not be any replacement and the phone is on Green Concept (which was not informed to me earlier at the time of purchase). This is pathetic. Just for selling Univercell fools the customer. This is seriously sick. I will never ever suggest anyone to buy anything from Univercell.
