Univercell makes tall claims but I had a horrid experience. First the sales guys dont provide you with information you need, they just try to push certain models. The guy whom I interacted wanted me to close the deal and was quite impolite. I got a 6020 since there was not other available at the store suiting my needs. I wanted to go in for a enhancement of my 6610 and asked the guy for a suitable upgrade model and he shoved me with 6020 with explanations that this was a good one over my 6610 ...of course that was till I discovered the truth within a month of purchase. The product has been giving me trouble since the begining with frequent line drops and crashes(mind you still within warranty period).
Here comes the warning - If you go to their service centre, there is a ration line, you will be given a token no and you will have to wait almost endlessly. There was only one guy at the service counter attending to more than 15 people waiting. It took me half hour to get my turn and another half hour to get the reply that I would have to take it to mount road service centre. The guys here are trained to be politely rude!
