Last year on 22/Apr/2013 I purchased Rage Mobile in UNIVERCELL which is situated in my town (Gadag, Karnataka) which costs 2050 Rs. But till today even once I have not seen that mobile switched on.
When I purchased that mobile, that day only it was not working, so I had given it in UNIVERCELL. But till today I have not got that mobile back. Now UNIVERCELL people are saying that the RAGE company has been closed and if you want we will repay your half money back. And we cannot do anything to sort it out.
Then I called Rage Head Office in Delhi. They told me that company is doing well and I checked it with my mobile IMEI number IN RAGE service center. The UNIVERCELL people said that they have not got this mobile for repair. So I’m not at all understanding what to do for it.
So please do not buy anything in UNIVERCELL. They will not provide you a good service.
