Here’s some lessons I learnt about UniverCell. I want to share with you. Bettter you all be carefull with these guys. Prefer not to go there at all.
1) Keep their product knowledge aside, they promote a particular model which gives them high income, irrespective how bad it is. That’s how I got in to their ’selling’ trap and purchased.
2) Once the sale is done and if you go back to their store and ask for any problem better be very very sure, you get nothing out of them.
3) They are very badly trained staff, these buggers don’t know how to speak to a customers.
4) Unless you want to loose temper, don’t go that side.
5) I have an experience with the ’so called business head’ of thier branch at Pandy Bazaar, that guy’s name is ’Pandyan’ he challanges do what ever you want to .......
6) Over and above, they don’t respond to your mail / phone compliant
7) So be wise, and try to learn from my experience and don’t ever get into any of their store.
