I had purchased a samsung galaxy4 tab 10 months back.They will prompt to take insurance but never ever take its simply waste of amount specially in univercell. I have to get money back with in 3months but till now I was tracking no once is giving proper response and worst management I ever seen.
Till now I didnt get any money back so suggesting all and requesting not to buy any product from UNIVER CELL stores any where. They will tell if u have any problem insurance was covered in such a way they will come and pick(PICK IT insurance) but if u request to pick they will tell that it will take 3months to rectify and correct.None of the customer will go for it becasue u need to wait 3months to get it back.
SO CUSTOMERS PLEASE EVER GO AND BUY PRODUCTS FROM UNIVER CELL.
