I want to share my experience with Universal Mall.
The mall location is very good, easily accessible and parking is available. I went to purchase some
Ambience is good. Name a book and you can find that book in this shop. Has collection of magazines, novels, all the subjects of different streams, have the biggest collection of books to purchase.
However, with the amount books they maintain, they should have the personnel to talk to customers quickly. It takes some time to search for the books in the store and even if you call the boys for assistance, need to wait for your turn. If you are in hurry to pick up few books and go, you will be disappointed. But if you have enough time you will not be able to quickly pick up the books. And billing also not upto the mark and one need to wait more.
And cost wise I did not get so much discount, where on online shops and other book shops I can get a better deal. Overall experience is good but not satisfied so much
