Worst Service

Have a motor insurance with this company. When trying to renew online, it doesn’t allow. When spoke to customer executive, he says he is not aware of the reason and I am left with no option. Dropped an email with the concern I get response to and check at their office which is very far away from my place. Again called customer support and said if this is the case I may not continue the policy and response I get from the guy is " it’s up to you sir". Such a careless attitude. Fooling customers. Worst worst worst!
