Do not ever use this app to buy bitcoins in India and now it’s also been declared as an illegal tender so there is no way you should spend your time on this app. I had not bought bitcoins but got some free bitcoins worth 200 rupees while signing up on this app. Over the past few months they multiplied on their own upto 600 rupees worth of bitcoins after which the app automatically makes a transaction and the sends the money to god knows where without my permission. I tried contacting the customer care but like the app there is no offical customer care number or even email.
Now bitcoin is an illegal tender, so I’m relieved and don’t care whatever happens with those 600 rupees worth of bitcoins . Also this requires your aadhar card and pan card to verify your details before sending money to your bank account or using the money for bill payment or any other task like a mobile recharge. I must have sent my details to them about 10 times before giving up and they always returned them and told me my documents have been rejected please submitt again. So this gives a very good clue to hos fake this app and company is.
