based on this very interesting and thrilling plot, the movie Untraceable starts and ends with thrills, fights, nail bitings and actions.
Directed by Gregory Hoblit, a 2008 released Untraceable has Diane Lane(FBI cop) as a leading role with supportive role of Billy Burcke(as a detective), Collin Hanks(FBI agent) and Joseph Cross(the criminal behind which the whole muvie runs)
There is no much need to discuss about the plot as the plot is very common and simple. a person wants to take revenge of his father’s murder, he chooses the bruital way to kill people associated with his father’s murder in such a way that all the people around the world can see it.he chooses the way of website. he is so genious that he is untraceable(even by FBI.this is not digestable), once FBI succeeds to trace but fails to capture. gradually, the criminal targets FBI people, Griffin(collin hanks) becomes the poor victim and then comes Jennifer Marsh’s(Diana) turn, but this is the movie and actors(here actresses) never dies.so. after a small fight in climex, everything gets settled.
the good parts of the movie are.
the movie goes in a beautiful sequence, while watching the movie, u ll never feel boared, a small element of thrill always remains throughout.
Diane has played her role beautifully
though plot is stereotyped, it is being represented in a new way.so its good to watch
though this movie is a suspense thriller, based on computer hi fi websites technology and all. this movie is very easy to understand. is muvie me jyada dimaag lagaane ki zururat nahi hai.
some parts could have been improved. such as.
I didnt like the climex at all. it is very predictible and very short.
some of the points and topics are not easy to digest.
not much impressive background score
so, this is a simple, common, good thriller. worth 3 stars.watch it if u have time.
