I recently used upstox for trading. I made an account there and then I regret today for making account on upstox. The app is crashing so much like once or twice in a week. I had an issue regarding my account so I contact customer service. I mailed to them but I didn’t get reply from them till now. This is the worst customer service I faced till now. They have to make good customer service and app rather than making many advertisement for that. So it’s up to you whether you want to use upstox or not.
