I purchased a sleepwear worth around 720/- . when I returned it due to the quality issue, it first got returned, then I received payment in my uptownie credits, which is of no use. amounting 679/-. rest was deducted. when I asked customer support team they said delivery charges are not refundable. This is really pathetic website also we cannot transfer the wallet money into my bank account, So then I tried to make some purchase out of it. But the credits coupon which I redeemed is showing invalid. Now I cant make a purchase too. I wasted my money. I tried calling customer support, no one is responding, also I tried to contact them through email, still no response. I literally wasted my time and money. Got frustated. Please don’t purchase.
