I have used Upwork.com since a month and my experience was really very bad with Upwork.com
Service & Support-
I was looking for support but there was no one available exactly to help as I was trying to register my self.
Hardly registration was complete but after the the real pathetic views I have faced I registered and fill all kind of details my information feeded in upwork.com was 95% but after that I was not able to list my services .
Upwork started showing the message look like "Many people has listed similar work so we are sorry for the inconvinience but your service could not be approved so try again with new another skills".
Once I tried to list new different service then it was showing the message that this one is not available or your service listing is disapprove without any appropriate reason.
Information Depth-
Information was in depth only which has been listed by seller but if I will talk about upwork given info then it was not so depth .Upwork only tried to pull information by user, seller or buyer but upwork isn’t having the active support team or proper FAQ details
Content-
Content is good and upwork mantained their content very well but again content is not enough to serve their visitors.
User Friendly-
Website was not so complicated to understand so I can say normally that yes it’s user friendly but some of the information was feeded incompletely.
Time to Load-
Obvisuly it is a popular freelancing website then they will maintain their speed compatibility and they have maintained also.
In short I will say, if your are looking to registere yourself as a service seller on upwork.com then move on guys now there is no spece for new service seller till the date.
