I have ordered a t.v. unit from
urban ladder and they gave me the estimated dilevery time after a month which was very late.
secondly the quality of the tv unit material was very much poor. the engineered wood they used for the unit was of very light and cheap quality. when I touched the unit at dat time I realised that product was of cheap quality.
thirdly the customer executives who came to dilivered it and they also made installation were very careless. the mounted one shelf on the wall which was not properly fixed. and after I scold them they removed it and remount it again.
I will never prefer anyone to buy the product from urban lader. they are very coslty but gives u unsatisfactory services.
