I ordered few sofas to Urban Ladder around 2 months back. Has reached to me today. I paid 100% advance along with order with a delivery schedule of 30 Days. It took almost double of the time schedule. They have a very worse service section.
After the payment done, they informed few of the items not in stock and they can’t deliver to desired location also.
I had to arrange my own vehicle to pick up my stuffs. Still the suffering is not over. From their Kolkata office, they denied to issue proper road challan just because there nonsense system generated invoice does not allow them. All over a really worse experience. Don’t know when these people will become professional!
