UrbanClap.com.com is a good looking website for home appliance but they are big cheater. they cheat their customer. there are many product available on the website buy the sold old and used product and not provided refund policy to their customer. their are no branded product available on this site. the customer support are also too bad. they cannot received our call and cannot solved our query. this is very disappointing website please dont go to the site and not purchase anything from it
