Worst Service by Urban Ladder. Firstly, wrong item ordered by urban ladder employee. I asked to order a king size bed but he ordered queen size bed. It took 4 days to deliver. After that had to cancel it and waited for another 4 days to order the correct one. After ordering the right one still haven’t received the order though delivery date is passed. Spoke to customer care many time but didn’t get the order yet. Still waiting for the order. What is the use when you don’t have the item when you needed it?
