Urbanladder.com is online furniture store. Buying anything online is scary, especially furniture. Urban ladder may proves you right. Six month ago, I bought a wooden chair of rs 5000 from this site, they delivered the product in one month while the delivery time was given maximum 15 days, and last month, in October there was crack in the chair. They said that the furnitures provided by them is made up of solid woods but in reality that furnitures are made up of ply and compressed woods. This site have limited designs and often they are out of stock. If you will return day after day, month after month, the product will still say sold out . Customer support of the site is worst. Urban ladder doesn’t provide any discount or cashback like another e-commerce site.
I wouldn’t recommend this site to anyone as it charges high price for low quality furniture.
