I. have used the Urban Ladder services for the first time. I ordered a sofa cum bed.
I ordered it in 8th of September and at the time when the order was placed the estimated delivery date was between 20th-24th of September. When the order was not delivered till 25th September, I contacted the customer service which by the ways is really bad.
I was not given any satisfaction with the services. Firstly, I was not informed that the delivery will be late and they never gave me a reason why the delivery will be late. I had to check by myself and see that the estimated delivery date was changed to 1st October.
Today is 1st October and I was promised that my product will be delivered today but they either do not keep your promises or your calender is one month late.
The services provided by the company are really distasteful, I am deeply disappointed and I regret placing an order with Urban Ladder again. I have recently shifted and I do not have the basic furniture only because Urban Ladder is incompetent.
P.S: I don’t think I will ever do business with you again and I will tell all my friends, family and relatives to never place an order with you.
