I have seen that urban clap company is not having efficient working hands, they just send any body and get work done unprofessionally, one of my friend has calked then at indore city for AC servicing and they send Mr ALTMASH MANSOORI for servicing and after he came and done work at average standard, later on he has given his mobile number to call him without urban clap and he promised to charge less . second time the friend called him directly andhe brought few workers with him, they could not perform the work properly and he was not helping them instead he shouted andused veryabusive words while talking to his fellow workers infront of female members of family. They were not having choice to remove him as his workers already opened 2 AC and was very slow in work .Finally after wasting many hours they did complete the work unprofessional manner and not even cleaned the surrounding areas.
so our impression is urban clap is not trust worthy and please do not call the urban clap workers without companys website, because with company at least you can complain about service and behaviour , without companys knowledge if you call on their private mobile numbers they will take almost same money but can misbehave and can cause you lot of troubles and time waste. Nowadays it is not easy to trust strangers in your house , they can collect other information about your house and may be dangerous for your family later on.
