Dear UrbanClap, I think home improvement services is a big unmet need in India, however I am deeply disappointed by your offerings. Ordered a deep home cleaning in Hyderabad, your app makes tall claims of professionals doing home cleaning, it was anything but professional, a bunch of untrained manual Labour with out dated equipments. No training on efficiency, no methodical approach, (my window was cleaned by 5 diff ppl over n over!) I cannot blame the Labour team but only you. service like you that just puts up fancy ads and falls short on delivery . In short, you suck!(pun intended. with those heavy vacuum cleaners u deploy!)
