UrbanClap more of money hunger and wish to make a lot of money just sitting in one place making useless rules and bringing out new models just to grab hell lot of money from customers. And UrbanClap changed service provider profile ratings 4.5 from 1 rating, Who gave the rights to change the ratings,
First of all, the app asks me to fill the review/feedback form, and then when I do that, then you guys change the whole the ratings which I already gave, from 1 to 4.5. So dear UrbanClap, why ask me to fill the feedback form or review form?
And still, I have the same questing what do you mean by Deep cleaning?
As you guys mentioned deep cleaning - not including Hard water cleaning then Provide a Note on the app description itself so no one will feel fool like me.
I simply ask for a REFUND and UrbanClap team said it’s not possible, why it’s not possible tell me, for this, I can go and register a case in consumer court, You guys playing with customer faith and customers hard earn money.
I am looking for my refund.
