I booked a plumber on Urbanclap.com, for sunday as I had a leakage in my bathroom and my regular plumber was not available.
I had the booking of afternoon on sunday, I was constantly calling the guy and his phone was not reachable, I even called urban clap and they said that they are looking into the matter.
I had no rely from neither the person nor the company.
I then went out at 7 p.m at night and then the company gives me a call that the person is waiting outside your home.
I mean what to do you think I shall devote whole of my sunday to you guys.
I cut the call and next day got a plumber from a nearby sanitation shop.
Honestly they charge you high amounts thinking that the person is in problem and lets take advantage of it.
They have very slow service and you are expected to wait for them the whole day.
Personally I am not gonna again book any service on urban clap and recommend that you also dont.
Time is very precious and I think these guys dont even realise that.
I expect you guys to fasten your service!
