Booked a battery replacement service through them, they used fake/counterfeit battery of Samsung and also broke the rear glass and display panel during the process. UrbanClap taking no responsibility whatsoever! Im left with a broken phone whicb Samsung is demanding 12k to fix it. Stay away from fraud chor UrbanClap. Highly unprofessional and unreliable. Such a shame that companies like Urbanclap are ruining Indian startup ecosystem.
