The lady who came "forgot" to carry a lot of stuff essential for mani-pedi, like nail paint remover, nail paint, and manners. Her service was below average, but her huge attitude quite made up for it.
When I told her that she should carry all the stuff and not ask for it from me, she said it is not her responsibility to pack the bag! And then she had the audacity to tell me that I didn’t need nail paint anyway, because my nails were yellowing!
And she left such a mess behind. Who is supposed to pick up after her?
