The service man who UrbanClas was a big Cheat. He came for repairing my washing machine conned my cousin boy who was at home and took 5k for a secondhand washing machine worth of 4k. He has fit a whirlpool device for 2000(called water Energizer, which is of no use, its price on amazon is 800 and review point is 2/5) telling my cousin it’s water softener, gave 5 pkts of costly washing machine servicing powder and 2 washing liquids. All came to 4800 . He didn’t even ask my cousin before fitting in all these. Only after fitting everything he gave a bill of 4800 and since he gave a proper bill from Urban clap, my cousin paid him. If there is no difference between sales men and service persons, why should I go for Uban clap?
