I would like to let users know of my pathetic experience with Urban Clap app.
I ordered to have my AC serviced and in the app it showed me that it would be charged 299 for Window AC, all good till now, I placed the order and service people came to my house at the time mentioned, It was all good till now.
Urbanclap clearly mentions that all the service men who come to your house are thoroughly experienced, but when they start doing the work, you get to understand there level of expertise, which is the worst anybody could have, it looks like they have just worked upon two to three AC’s with the way they handle your equipment, I really kept my fingers crossed for any issues ARISING in my AC, finally they completed the servicing which was only washing of AC that’s it and they said if you want to have it serviced thoroughly it would cost you 500.
Why don’t they tell these things beforehand, I can have it washed myself what was the use of spending 300 bucks and let me tell you guys that this is not the thing only with Air Conditioner, it happens with most of the categories mentioned in Urbanclap.
Its advised if you are calling the guys from Urbanclap, please call them and have the things clarified beforehand or else you would end up paying more.
I hope this review helps many out there.
