Booked a service through urban clap for ac installation at 2pm. Got a call from Jeeves engineer and he confirmed about the visit and time. After 3 hrs also there’s no trace of him and the service centre is keep mentioning that the engineer will visit even after 3hrs of scheduled time. They wasted my entire day. Hopeless service and very unprofessional. A BIG NOOOOO to Urban clap.
