Very Disappointed with service

I had booked the service on 24th may 2020, I got the appointment of 28 May . I also paid the money in advance for the service of A.C.


but no one came on the appointment date .


I complaint to urban clap but they said that they were not able to give my money back . They said that this money you can use in future,


How can I trust the urban clap, this was my first booking on urban clap, and this is just happen to me.


In my personal opinion service is not good.
