Worst AC services provided. We opted and thought we wud get a jet clean and itll be gud. 12th Mar technician came, he did it and said gas is less. So he filled and charged separately for gas filling. The same ngt thr was a short circuit in the AC. We called technician, he said hell cme after lockdown. So days passed and we were without AC. Again we raised complaint when lockdown was relaxed and he came(12 may) n checked n told that it was his mistake, so he charged 599. Nw gas leakage. And ICE formation in the pipe and water and ice leakage in indoor unit.
After I received call from customer care, I informed the issue and requested to send some senior.
But the same technician came the next day I.e. 11th June 2020. Immediately after reaching he started saying you complaint and checked the gas leakage issue and told us that the nut bolt was totally loosened. And was asking us that someone has come n loosened it and it was not his issue.
Why will someone come and loosened it?? Are we sitting here to harrass ourselves with calling for service soo many times.
Then he checked the gas and told it is fine. How can it be possible. His measuring instrument showed less first and then when we asked him what is the standard amount of gas should be there. Then he showed again and it increased.
He was completely trying to manipulate that it wasnt his issue someone has come and loosened the nut bolt. He was blaming us like previously for the short circuit as well.
And then he called the customer care. There he was saying as if this is the standard pressure for R410 type compressor. So we interrupted him why are you telling the customer care about the standard. He should be referring the standard rate to us. Thus he said do whatever you can.
So we started recording the whole conversation so he got angry and left the work in middle and left.
He said I would have done the job but as we started taking the video he will not do the job anymore.
Though previously he was saying there is no need of gas refilling as it is fine.
He was soo manipulating. He always blamed customer.
And I did soo many request for call back. Noo call came after that from customer care.
Worst customer care ever. Technicians has direct calling facility but customers do not have.
Customers have to wait for their call. If sometimes URBAN CLAP customer service will get time then will get a one.
Feeling as if took wrong decision to opt for a general cleaning service from Urban Clap and bothering ourselves with poor skilled and manipulating technician and very poor customer service.
It is like Urban Clap is for their employee professionals and not for customer cz they dont have direct contact facility for logging complaint also. But Technicians can do immediately.
