I have also ordered a gym tights from urbanic I got the delivery on 25july 2023 on the same day I have applied for the return request but still urbanic is saying that the return request window is closed and they cancelled my return request even though I have applied for the return on the very same day I got the delivery of product and the product return window will close by 5august 2023.i got a call from a girl on sunday stating that she will arrange the pickup within 2days but today it’s 3 day there’s no update I’m writing a mail on daily basis to urbanic support but they are just ignoring the mails and chats very worst experience from urbanic there return service are so bad I’m very unhappy with the services provided by Urbanic. I just want to return this product the product is not same as shown very short and want my refund back. I’m writing 2-3 mails on daily basis but they are not even bothered to slove their customers problems such a bad experience with the urbanic team. I’ll suggest you all not to buy any product form urbanic they ar worse very worse
