Ordered an item in dec last year still not receieved it. Urbanic said its shipped and cannot be returned. After 3 months got the confirmation from delivery company xpressbee that they returned the order on 1st feb to urbanic even then the return was rejected by urbanic and no refund issued. There are no satisfactory replies to mail. Issues a complaint in customer court even then no heed. Clear case of fraud and deceit.
