Terrible return experience

Had recently returned two items from urbanic, however refund is not issued and they are asking to wait till it reaches warehouse after a week. This contradicts with return policy(screenshotattached) on urbanic which says quality check will done on pick upand refund issued immediately if passes, else return rejected.Am at the top most loyalty tier level and been a customer for a couple of years . Previously return was smooth and as per policy. Why haven’t they updated policy if it changed since Feb’ 24? Don’t see why I have to wait for a week for refund of something that was returned in good quality.wonder whether they will even initiate refund. If it’s not acceptable , they should reject during pickup as stated in policy.
