Ordered a coord set (shirt and trousers) for almost 2k, got just the shirt. Wanted to return it, took 48hrs to process the review. Delivery partner came and said "QC" is failed as there is one item missing so as the organisation (Urbanic) to change the setting to "Non QC" so that I don’t have to check the quality and take it. I asked the customer service of Urbanic and they started blaming the delivery boy.. now I am stuck with half product and half missing.
