I happend to buy 5 items from these guys and promise was to deliver in 1 (4 weeks) month but got delivered after 2 1/2 months (10 weeks), quite immature sales staff, followed by horrible delivery department, customer service (they don’t know what that is) is manipulative and delivered damaged and two unfinished products. Please don’t buy from these guys by looking branded website. Promised to get them corrected but 4 different carpenters were sent who were hired from URBAN ladder not one of them finished job cos Urban wood never understood and communicated what needs to be done.
