A similiar experience happen to me at the Philadelphia airport recently also concerning three agents that seem to be the same ones described in the recent comment.
There names were Mr. Micheal Jackson, Mrs. Arvella Morre and a Miss Tasheka Reid. I was lucky to see there name tags before they hid them. I guess its the modo operandis of this airlines to teach their employees to use Rambo, street wise attitude toward families traveling with children.
What a shame for the few good employees that work at other airports. I will not go into the details of my experience because I believe God will bring justice to those who commit these kind of actions toward others because there is a higher judge to whom we all must justify our actions to, but US Airways show respect the rights of the passangers to be treated as human beings not as cattle being transported from one place to another to be slaughtered. Those employees should be disciplined for their actions. If it was me I would sue...
