PASTA…(“Tasty and Healthy Food”)
This has been favourite food in Italy;just as we have “CHAPATI(WHEAT) or RICE in India.One point has to be noted wherever “PASTA” has been regularly consumed(particularly in Italy; and southern part of Europe;) there are low incidences of HEART-DISEASES;( I.H.D.) Why is it so?
Reasons-Do you know ** 1)Pasta is lowest in fat.
2)Pasta is very good source of energy

3)Pasta is good source of PROTEIN!”
4)Things can go to “Very healthy”;when
OLIVE oil;Garlic;Onion;Mushroom are
its ingredients!*
You should avoid *“REFINED CARBOHYRATE”(Cakes;Sweets;Pastries;Ice-
creams)*instead you should go for complex carbohydrates;among which I PREFER PASTA for Europeans!
Pasta can be included in “Slimming Diet”(if not dressed with butter or cheese or cream sauce).It should be made from “whole wheat”;rather than refined flour(white pasta).Whole Wheat is very good source of Vitamin B(particularly Thiamin) and high FIBRE!
Pasta can be enriched with Tomato;Spinach(Paalak);and other herbs also( for flavour and taste).
Nowadays in India also we get pasta in different size;shape.We can enjoy food with it!
