Hi Everyone. I had joined Usertesting.com in November 2017 to test website and apps but until today It was very hard to get a job from this Website. Within 3 months they have sent me mail in the morning to do the test and When I clicked on it it says that tasks have been already done. Very bad experience with this site. For Two time they have rejected my application due noise in my audio but let me tell you I have heard and recorded simultaneously as this option is available in sound settings for Windows PC. The irritating is they always send emails to join their survey platform. You will get a job only it is available to them or else it is not a regular work site.
Service & Support - They don’t have a good support using email. They just provide some videos so you can view them and get an idea of how to do a certain job. You have to write from the website and within 2 days they will get in touch with you. If your problem is very serious than how could you get any solution after 1 or 2 days. That’s useless
Information Depth - Only suitable if you want to work midnight that also not guarantees that all night you will get a job. Sometime in the year, the jobs are available. You may get to learn but sometimes they give website you won’t like to go through.
Content - Many times you get to learn but not all time there are things which you should view on private basis also they give task or app or website of products which we as Indian or many other countries don’t use. Many websites are there which you will be uncomfortable to work with.
User-friendly - it is not easy to use if you don’t have fluency in the English language.
Time to load - This does lot much quickly but whats the use if you don’t get a single job to attend and why you work in the night, doesn’t sound good to work for 30 to 40$ a month giving all your valuable time.
