I had this usha brita RO optima water purifier once. And had used around a year. But this water purifier has no durablility. I mean in one year I had to buy another purifier. The carbon filters were leaking in the first month of using.
I had called the alot of times to service centres but their after sales service was so poor that they rarely pick a call.
So much waiting and after call was picked so their service was so not well that they had to visit 2 or 3 times to solve my one problem.
So ultimately I serviced my RO to some local guys and then I sold that on ebay.
